Windows 7, 10 , which includes Windows OS system administration and applications, including OS configuration, troubleshooting, and knowledge of applications including MS Office, O365, network printers.
Desktops like Dell, HP, Lenovo iMAC, MAC Book Pro and IOS devices like iPAD & iPhones,
Provide identification／fixing for the problems within existing systems. Troubleshoot day-to-day Windows related issues, Capable of doing root cause analysis of any specific Windows related issues,
Be well-versed in Migration Techniques from Windows to Windows and vice versa, Managed Printing etc
Should have worked on ticket tool system to log User issues／support , exposure to ServiceNow is preferred
Keep inventory updated for all deployed and decommissioned PCs
Exposure to VIP and VVIP support and High touch support experience to end users
VPN, PC hardware , MS office applications, SCCM, etc
Well aware of Servers hardware, Network switches, Patch Panels, Console ports and cables etc.
Hands-on knowledge on Audio and Video conference systems
Liaise with Vendors for hardware issues and coordinate with them
Be a good team player and open to learn new technologies
Bilingual of Japanese (native level) and English (business level)

This job is for weekdays during regular work hours; however as needed, you're expected to provide support at irregular time／hours when we have ad-hoc work such as migration／update, etc.

Senior Technical Engineer, Bilingual Desktop Support
Candidates should have at least 3-5 years’ experience in Windows administration support
Proficient with the Windows environment OS 10 & 7
Support and handle break-fix situations on Windows & MAC Hardware
Understanding of Windows OS architecture. Able to perform command line troubleshooting to resolve individual application failures,
Knowledge of Windows 7 and above , Printing
VIP and VVIP Support
Knowledge of PC support functions
Cross functional support ( Remote Hand and Eye) to Server and Network Teams
Audio ／Video Support
Ensure timely follow up with Customers and Vendors
Supporting Windows Desktops, Notebooks, Technical issues
